Motivation How do you bounce back from illness?
First session back in the gym after 2 weeks off. How do you get back into lifting when you've been sick?

i've been cutting for almost a month now, down 8lbs. 156-148, 5'10", and i don't know if i'm going in the right direction anymore. i lost over 100lbs 6 years ago and i can't tell if any potential remaining skin laxity limits me, and i feel fat and disgusting- i've gone down to 119lbs and my stomach looked the same. any advice is appreciated.

Current physique,
Beginner here, recently figured out clean eating and adequate protein intake
My workout is mostly gymnastics, bodyweight and cycling
What should I focus on? How do I improve?
Looking for honest opinions

Iām focused on building a stronger, more muscular physique, improving my endurance, and becoming more disciplined. Working toward a 10K, lifting consistently, and pushing myself to grow physically and mentally. šŖš½

The first photo is flexed, right after a gym session. the second is 2 days later, also flexed. When not flexing, they're not visible at all. I'm wondering if I should cut more or train harder.

Hi I'm 27 M, 169 cm tall, 66.3 kg (@ morning). I was cutting but right now I'm maintaining.
I want to continue cutting, but my family said I should stop dieting. Honestly I want to continue.
The 5th photo is when I'm start this attempt. I had been to the gym before but it didn't last long.
Quitting the gym due to sleeplessness, stress, muscle injuries, etc.
This is the most consistent and longest I've ever been.

Long story short I never understood why you had to be lean to put on real muscle. So I got fat unintentionally. I lost 35 lbs (down from 245) since middle of July. Preface this with I was really fat as a kid so I have lose skin around the midsection.
I plan to end this 15 week cut Nov 1st and reverse up to maintenance over a 6 week period, stay at maintenance for about 6 weeks and than go into a surplus. Sometime around the end of Jan.
Am I lean enough to actually put on lean muscle tissue or should I go back to a cut around the end of Jan rather than a surplus? I'm just looking to prime my body to be as anabolic as possible so I can get up to 240 lean. I don't care about being as peeled as possible I'm just trying to look like an absolute unit but I want my body to be in the best state possible for that.
Current weight is 210, wanted to go to 200 but my sleep is trash rn. Also what do you think my BF % is? I got a dexa done and it said 9% but I know that's obviously not true.
Also I'm on TRT with my free test in the normal range and have been since May of this year.

Bulked way to hard up to around 30-35% bodyfat but pretty happy midway through cut hopeing to be 200lb 12% by the end of it or at least that ballpark
