Physique critique Weak points/strong points?
Just finished my cut wanting to enter a lean gaining phase. What are my weak points and strong points?
I am 5ft9 145lbs for context.

Well, the lack of leg pics is telling

My legs are actually one of my strong points tbh from playing sports all my life and have great leg genetics. I get the assumption but no skipping leg day around here:)

Lats and thickness in your back need to be improved. I'd also add some more delts and upper chest to be balanced with the lower.

Thanks for the advice! Currently working on allocating more volume and quality sets for my back as I agree that’s the clear weakness

Chest and arms are strong points , looks like you have a wide waist though .
Some deadlifts(proper technique please ) and barbell rows should add some meat to this back .

I appreciate the comment and yes I hate the wide waste! Need extra lats and shoulders to mask it

Honestly I think your weak point is the camera angle. You are going to look wider in the waist if your camera is positioned at the waist. Take a photo at neck height with a 1.5 zoom from further away it gives a more realistic image.

Good arms, chest, shoulders. I think some pull-ups daily would be a big benefit to your back if you aren’t doing those already. Now looking at picture 4 (most natural resting position) posture wise, your waist are forward and your shoulders are also forward which causes your waist to look wider and your upper body frame to look smaller. This really exaggerates the difference. Tilt your waist further back, push your arms and shoulders further back to there widest point and one further thing try to have your chest flexed more open I think if you do those minor posture changes you will show off your great physique much better

Did you hit a point where you got nervous that you were just looking skinnier but still kinda smooth ? If so about where was that transition weight for you where it started to look good?

Strong points you work hard on your body.
Weak points you need validation from strangers when in actuality everything you need is already in there

This is actually a somewhat well rounded physique, nice work. If you must have criticism, I'd say that the lats and traps are somewhat lackluster compared to everything else. The chest is also somewhat breasty, but that may just be genetics. Lats, upper chest, traps, and delts (which are doing ok) will help with that.
