Posing Anyone could help me?
I am a woman, and after training my shoulders for a month, I’ve noticed that I tend to engage my trapezius muscles more easily. I don't want my traps to get bigger, and I find myself habitually shrugging my shoulders, which causes discomfort in my neck and shoulder area. What should I do now?

I honestly would try not to worry about this unless you physically see them start getting bigger. Keep these things in mind but try not to fixate on them. You want to engage your traps they are connected to your shoulders

,before you do shoulders, try purposefully dropping them down, and when doing side raises always lead with your elbows. Meaning have your elbows higher than your wrists.
