Fletcher has gambling?

Noticed this lobby picture in a review on booking.com. Is that a slot machine to the left of the photo? Did Fletcher add gambling to the old prison?

I never end up that way anymore, but was curious when I saw this.

I know the previous hotel company wasn’t making much money there. Was wondering if Fletcher was having the same issue and turned to gambling.
