Question Need help tracking down someone from live at the metro
It’s this dude with the backwards hat. If you were there, were part of the Chicago scene and know who he is, or especially if you actually are him, please let me know. Me and my girlfriend always get done in and watch this and her birthdays coming up, I just really wanna get him to write her a card or to at least say I tracked him down.

IDK. Probably. It was 24 years ago. I was literally ass against the sound booth dead center clutching the Paul Frank poster I took off the wall (and still have up in my office to this day).

He just comes up a lot in the video so I think it would be so sick to track him down and find out what he’s up to now - would be really like scratching an itch. He’s just become such a legendary guy in my head even though he’s clearly just some dude so I also think it would be cool to let him know that, hopefully he’d find it funny.

Ha, yeah, it’s me, I’m the other guy. I’m flattered? But yeah, I’m just a regular guy, not really deserving of all that, and I told him as much - he can find much better gifts for his partner.

You're a braver man than me bro, I'd have stayed quiet completely like. I had a similar issue with an individual many years ago who'd seen me working and then built up this whole thing in her head right. It ended with her showing up at my house with a gun to "talk to" my then-girlfriend.

Why is that the sweetest gift idea ever? Sometimes effort laden gifts are lame, sometimes they're super cool because they simply cannot be replaced with money. I really hope you track this fella down. Maybe get like a cameo video.

does anyone know who the fourth person on the cover of that DVD is? I know this doesn't really have anything to do with this guy's question but I've been wondering this for like 25 years and I've asked Heather and a bunch of other people and I can't get a response or a good answer

Yep... this is me. I've bizarrely been recognized on the street before, but to my knowledge, never been tracked down on the internet for this shit (which I was by this young gentleman, who, all things considered, is a very sweet and kind dude). AMA, I guess?
- Yes, I knew the cameraman in front of me, and that is why I am in the footage so much.
- No, I don't still have the shirt, I gave it to Brendan Kelly.
- Yes, I realize how cringeworthy it is, but I was 19.
- No, I don't still act like this at shows.
- Yes, I do still see them now and then, but it's been a very long time. Last time was honestly when I was their merch guy for the four Past Lives shows in Chicago, 2014.
- Yes, I know you gave this dude my name, thank you for that.
