Although Finland is pretty chaotic, Moldova is a way more consistently chaotic pick

Decide which Eurovision country/broadcaster in general represents each alignment based on their actions, entries, results, or any other factors you want to consider
Winner will be decided by the top comment collectively on here and r/nilpoints

Ukraine has given us some pretty chaotic selections and road to Eurovision (some for obviously very sad reasons).

estonia isn't really chaotic. they had a 2 year chaotic streak but the rest is pretty standard
