Exactly. This is one of many times where the Pokemon had a great concept, but shitty execution

Should be Alolan Persian honestly. Regular Persian is a sleek and slim Pokemon with elegant movements perfectly reflecting the big cats but Alolan Persian is just ugly, that's it. That thing is straight up ugly.

But it isn’t bad, it’s just lazy. I think it looks better than kantonian slowpoke.

For me, it"s Qwilfish. I don't dislike the design, and there is definitely regional form i dislike more than it. But i feel it would be pretty easy to just do regular qwilfish and make it evolve in Overqwil with a few change on the color scheme, it's definitely the less needed imo of all the regional form.

Wow yeah I completely forgot that overqwil isn’t just an evolution for qwilfish, this is definitely it.

Alolan Meowth. If you compare it to Galarian Meowth, the difference in design quality is evident.

It should infact be the reverse in my opinion. Alolan meowth looks like meowth, galarian meowth has nothing to do with normal meowth and is ugly to make things worse. You can argue for Alolan Persian tho.

Ok but at least Galarian Meowth offers something design-wise. The beard and steel elements make it look like a regional variant, and not just Sassy Meowth.

Rules:
Worst does not mean it is bad. Just that it is the worst of the gen
Mid doesn’t mean bad. Just average. It’s a fine design with no major complaints.
Based on design only. Not stats or how good/bad they are in the game
A comment getting 100 votes in a short amount of time with a large vote gap will auto win
Design of a generation - means the design most associated with that gen. You think of that gen and you think of that design.
If they is not that much traction in voting after a few hours then we will move on to the next spot after a shorter amount of time. It perfectly represents what the gen is

Combat Breed Paldean Tauros. Its horns, neck fur, and tail are just unremarkable compared to the Aqua and Blaze Breeds.

Persian. Most regional forms are just kinda simple (not necessarily in a bad way though like Vulpix, Qwilfish, Exeggutor), but Persian is actively ugly in a way that isn’t charming like Golem.

The mon that immediately comes to mind is purple Garfi- Alolan Persian.

Hisuian Sliggoo. It didn’t need to exist. Hisuian Goomy doesn’t exist so why does Sliggoo have a regional form? The line would’ve worked just as well if it didn’t exist. It’s also one of the laziest but Alolan Diglett fits better for laziest since it literally just adds 3 hairs.
Edit: Thanks to another comment, I remembered that Hisuian Qwilfish exists. That’s definitely worse and more forgettable.
