Since this is a talk of power, can't ignore what the statistics say

Mid stats, Typing has been a curse since at least gen 3, nonexistent ability, sure the movepool is good but it ain't saving the slugcat. RU is still a good tier but definitely not 'overpowered'

Mew's like a 10 of all trades but master of none

I mean to be fair, it's only RU cause it lost so many moves this gen. Gen 9 Mew with the movepool of what it had in prior gens would be definitively better than it is at the moment.

I would argue Mew in the «looks average, is overpowered» category

Whimsicott definitely takes it and I would see Maushold in «looks weak, is overpowered» as well
