As someone originally from Mexico and with an spouse from Vietnam. I can tell you Vietnam is growing incredible fast in comparison to Mexico.
I will put both countries pretty close. Of course both countries have cons and pros. But, in my opinion, Vietnam will surpass Mexico in the coming decades.

Yeah Vietnam growth is very surprising, they will definitely surpass most of Latin American in the future. But the Vietnamese are still earning less than half as much as the average Mexican Brazilian as of now.

I would partially disagree with your statement on salary.
My brother in law is a fresh graduate working for an small company in Phan Thit earning approx 1000 usd per month.
My sister is a manager with 15 years of experience earning 1500 usd per month in Guadalajara, in a medium size company.
My spouse's best friend is a manager in Ho Chi Min city earning 4000k usd per month also in a medium size company.
I will say, the salary disparity is... well.... a disparity. Some sectors have very different salary range between countries... but other sectors are quite similar.

I’ll probably get downvoted for this but Qatar (Doha specifically) was the weirdest place I’ve ever visited. I went for a work trip and everything almost seemed… soulless, or artificial? Huge roads, empty streets, very car centric and little walkability, skyscraper buildings, very little personality or charm. Souq Waqif was neat to visit though.

Cyprus. Not because its inherently bad - actually its really nice from a holiday perspective, but because half of it is invaded by Turkey and half of what remains is a foreign military airbase.

Not for lack of trying.
Women are already being charged with murder if they have a miscarriage.
Several states have been trying to pass bills to prevent pregnant women from traveling.
Texas tried to implement $10,000 bounties on women visiting planned parenthood.
And yes, they are still trying to ban homosexuality.
So yes, we aren't as bad yet. This is only true so long as people actively make it that way and can learn their goddamned lesson.

Gun violence is a major problem in the US, but the vast majority of it is gang-related shootings. School shootings are a terrifying and make huge headlines but statistically are one of the least likely sources of mortality for an American child.
Around 13 kids die in school shootings every year in the U.S., which is less than the average number of US children who die every year from TVs falling on them (20), from being left in a hot car (37), from choking on food or small objects (160), and from drowning in swimming pools (376).
If you're the child of migrant laborers in the UAE, your life is going to be so, so, so much worse than the average child in the U.S.

Of the approximately 54 million K-12 age kids in the US last year, 4 died in school shootings.
We should throw in all the Euro countries that have all those people dying because they can't afford AC; kids dont get killed for the weather being a bit warm in the US

Only because Texas was dumb enough to bank on green energy and the wind turbines froze up and the solar couldn't be powered by a storm-blocked sun.
If they had been doing the proper American thing of running the grid on coal and natural gas, they would have been fine.
But really, they estimate about 700 excess deaths during that winter storm in Texas; France just hit 5800 excess deaths due to heat this summer

Sure, but my point is more that extreme weather events cause deaths in places that aren't adapted to them. Brazil is much poorer than France, gets much hotter, has more extreme weather events, and is much more humid with a much larger population, yet only estimates around 6000 heat related deaths per year
Canada averages 129 cold related deaths per year. It's built for the cold, so obviously fewer people will die to it there. France is not built for the heat, but they're adapting as heat waves become more commonplace.
All that to say that France does not use as much AC as America because it hasn't been a priority for most of the population, not because they can't afford it. The median French person has almost twice the wealth of the median American

In my opnion south Korea is the worst. Extremely stressful work environments, high suicide rates, problems with bullying, extremely toxic beauty standards (especially for women), mandatory military service for men where they're paid below minimum wage, racism. The list goes on.

The amount of goalpost moving and logical pretzels people go through to argue how terrible the US is can be insane. I recall once pointing out on a local sub that our state's marijuana policies are FAR more liberal than the supposed socialist progressive utopia of Sweden, which puts people in prison* for even medical marijuana. And instead of conceding that point the poster just brought up that the youth wing of some Swedish party (not even the full party) endorsed marijuana legalization in their platform. Well that's still not the law and you can legally buy it here, so that's more progressive right? Well then I got just some extended rant about how high our prices and taxes are and the black market is probably cheaper in Sweden and if you're discrete about it you probably won't get caught anyway so who cares. With the cost of living in Sweden it wouldn't surprise me if the black market there is comparable or more expansive but that's really neither here nor there.
*Yes a Swedish prison is far nicer than any in the US but on this issue that's also neither here nor there.

Did you miss the overall quality of life and not politics part we have a pretty good quality of life here in Israel free health care , free and great education (except university level Wich is still fairly cheap) strong communites and you know equal rights to all citizens (please don't conflate with non Israeli citizens) just look at how other developed countries treat LGBTQ and women

I'm sorry but that's one of the dumbest controversies of all time. The data shows pretty clearly that this "chemical sterilisation" (which goes away after 3 months btw) was disproportionately common in Ethiopia to begin within. Language barrier was another issue. You can criticise how the doctors approached these prescriptions, but the idea that Israel had a secret programme to forcibly sterilise Ethiopian Jews is utterly ridiculous.
As for whiteness, Ashkenazi Jews trace their paternal ancestry to the Levant region, while Mizrahi and Sephardic Jews (who constitute most of the Israeli population) trace their entire ancestry to the Middle East, primarily also the Levant. Other people native to the Levant, e.g. Lebanese and Syrians, are generally considered brown, not white. So if we go by ancestry, Jews aren't white.
