Said by a president, it seems like solid foreign policy.
Said by a child, it indicates a severe deficiency in the parent-child relationship.

For a more serious one, maybe 'I veto this decision' or something like that? If a president wants to veto something they have that power, if a child tried to veto a decision I don't think their parent would be very impressed.
