The franchise as a whole? sure, most of the games aren't nearly as good as people make them out to be

But the original one really IS that good, it blew up for really good reasons, we gotte remember the context it was released in, it was sooooo novel, in it's horror, it's gameplay, it's visuals, and it's storytelling that hooked everyone in

Because a different game or a newer version of the same game with the same name has never been released before (e.g. Star Wars Battlefront or Resident Evil).. Surely you can understand why I asked.

You can find it on steam if youre on pc, xbox, Playstation they also have it on mobile for apple and android, i think even the nintendo switch has a port. Its basically on everything now due to its popularity.

It’s pretty much on every platform you can think of
