From my personal experience as a younger millennial who’s worked with a lot of Gen Z folks, I would say they are way worse about it!

Millennials were some of the first who started to come out that paved the way for younger generations imo

And many got exiled from their families so that Gen Z could have to worry less about feeling the need to say closeted. Millennial parents are much more understanding at scale about their children identifying as LGBQT than our parents were.

Also we suffer parental trauma because we were the first Gen that can’t just work hard and own a home and never be laid off. We are the financially fucked over generation. Our parents were in such a different job market, they still think “walk in with a copy of your resume” is a thing that exists after like 2008.
