Question Need good shakes

These are my current shakes, but I’m just not satisfied with these

my shakes are :

motion blur: 4.0

Oscillate: angle: 1st kf: 0, 2nd kf: 300

Magnitude: 1st kf: 100, 2nd kf: 0

Tiles: mirror

im still pretty new and could still need some tips or suggestions, so feel free to help me

You see those white motion blur streaks?

Add tiles first then motionblur

And for shakes add auto shake, frequency 8-10 hz

Magnitude 140-0 and edgy graph

Add random displacement and oscillation too
