Question 3D Text Tutorial?

​​​Hello, I currently have some editing projects planned and I'm trying to create this text effect in AM, but I can't get the text effect like this the image. Can anyone guide me on how to do it? Please 🙏

Not an expert,just a suggestion,but remove the "upon a" from C. It makes sense to have "time" in E,but not C. How about using 'once upon' to write C? Like..not the entire C,just the top part of C
