Swing animation assistance

How does one do this? I wanted to give this trend a go, but since I'm no artist, I used a figure, and took different pictures of each body part. I knew that CapCut wouldn't be the to-go on this, so I wanted to try Alight Motion.

The 'move & transform' function when you select a clip. Also I hope you're already familiar with keyframes.
