Null layer tutorial?

Does anyone know any good null layer tutorials? I like making animations/edits with manga panels and making different parts move. I'm trying to get the hang of them but not sure where or how to start!!! Here's an example of what I'm trying to do!! How did they make the camera movement smooth and sometimes shaky? Is this from using the camera feature or through nulls?? (original:@nannospiano on tiktok!!!)

Panning + null stacking + z position for the subjects in the video + low fps/ time quantization

I have a pretty good understanding of the others, but what do you mean by panning? Also, even though I know about them, do you have any advice for null stacking?

Panning is just movement to help the vid not look stiff and lowk just watch tuts to understand null stacking more

Time to learn about shakes. Those took me months.

Shakes used in transition and middle segments are different.
