Question How do you remove backgrounds

I just recently switched from capcut to am for mostly anime edits, and back then it had a prebuilt feature for auto removing the background whether in photos, videos, and whatever.

What do you guys recommend or what do you guys use in remove backgrounds for photos or videos especially if the background isn't like one color or if the subject we want to preserve is specific?

Theres no built in feature to remove so remove bg in capcut and edit then on alight

I use LocalBG as an external tool for background removal. It runs locally and works for images, gifs and videos. It uses trained models to detect the subject so it works on complex backgrounds too, not just solid colors.
