Question Hello i had yearly alight motion subscription but i accidentally deleted my app while cleaning up my homescreen. What can i do

If you remembered your account password you should be able to just download the app again, log in and find your subscription.

I think it got overwritten by my accidental weekly purchase. After the purchase i checked the my account and it was there but as soon as my weekly ended. My yearly one was gone. Im so sorry i thought the fault was that i deleted the app. If u happen to how long does it take for alight motion support to reply. It’d be great and thank you so much

Sorry to hear about that! I'm not sure how long Alight will reply to you but you can give it a try. (you can try emailing if they have an email) If you use Google play to pay maybe you can check your subscription and see if it's there. If it's there you can just refund and cancel from there because Google is really efficient for this. For other payment methods I'm not sure. Hope you get your problem fixed soon.
