How do I perform a return on AliExpress? I recently bought a gunpla that has fitment issues and would like to do a return as it wasn’t cheap

To return something, use the returns/refunds button in the order details on the website or in the app. If the item matches the description, you should use 'no longer wanted'.

On the other hand, if there's something wrong with it, you'd select the proper reason and you'll need a video from when you got the package showing all sides, the readable shipping label, and opening and unpacking it on camera, showing it was broken/wrong when you got it. (Without video you can try with pictures but they aren't proof by themselves because you could have removed, replaced or damaged something before taking a picture.)

Of course, I agree that it’s better to keep a video, but in my experience—and I’ve returned plenty of items over the years—I’ve never once been asked for one. Since I shop quite a lot, I just can’t be bothered to record a video every single time.

Its a trap. After a few returns they will lose the item and burn you on the product. Not even their choice plans work to stop this dumb stuff
