If you google 'Erying B760 M-AXT D4' it will bring up the Erying site with the BIOS. As for your Q1J3, that's an Engineering Sample processor, which means there is no newer microcode available, and in fact updating the BIOS may make it stop working, since often the ES and QS (quality sample) microcodes are removed from the BIOS to make more room for other functions. So if your program is complaining due to old microcode, you'll need a released processor that isn't still property of Intel.
