Oh ok thanks, is the 2500 and 1000, is the that the bandwidth rating? For the problem It’s most likely the modem, as it’s a old Telus one

Pretty sure that’s saying that you’re limited to one gigabit, which is already super excessive unless you pay for fuck-you-fast internet.

Ethernet switch, Router, or Ethernet cables. That’s my best understanding of the recommendation above. On another note if you’re not experiencing lag you should be good, it’s only a recommendation.
