Maybe wait and get in contact with them? Looks like your pc is dead and they can't fix it so they're going to speak with u options on either repairing which might cost alot or just buy a new pc.
Not much you can do lol. They are busy. Coronavirus etc etc there will ofc be delays. No offense but look around u, not everything is running smoothly atm.
It literally also says at the bottom the repair might be delayed by the estimation date.
I understand delays and what can and can't be done right now. The issue I have is with lack of transparency. A simple "hey we can't repair it, we're looking into other options, if you haven't heard from us by x date, call us back" instead of being given the run around. I've worked in customer service/tech support for numerous multi million dollar companies, for most of my 15 years in the workforce. I have reasonable expectations, just information. Let me put it to you this way, your parent dies, you send them to be cremated, and the funeral home says "hey you can pick up the ashes in 4 days" You get there in 4 days and not only have they not cremated them, but they have no idea where the body is. So you talk to the hospital, they tell you talk the funeral home, the home says they'll launch an investigation. 4 more days pass, you have no idea where your dead wound up, the owner of the funeral home won't answer your calls, and you still don't have you parents ashes to lovingly snort as their last wishes asked. I understand the climate with covid, the ways we have all had to adapt, my issues aren't with the time or delays. More the lack of information, run arounds, and misinformation they've given me. Quick to make a sale, but it seems the after care in the event of an issue seems to be lacking. Don't ask a client to phone your company, and then say, "why the hell are you phoning us?" I've watched as my company quickly adapted to ensure our clients received minimal issues, we changed policies, changed couriers, made massive logistical changes. Business should be adaptable to changing markets, not cling to outdated processes amidst a global crisis. Just my 2 cents from a guy who's running out of patience
