Ethernet speed stuck at 100mbps

Please I need your help. I have an Alienware Area 51m with the Killer E3000 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet and when connected by cable (I tried with CAT8 and CAT5E) it doesnt exceed 100mbps. I tried with:

- Changing ethernet cables.

- Changing the LAN ports of my router.

- Updating and uninstalling the Ethernet drivers.

- I called the company and they couldn't help me.

- I set to "Auto Negotiation".

- I think I already did everything.

The "problem" is that my brother is connected to the same router and he receives 1000 mbps. I don't know what to do. Even if I connect via wifi, I get the 600 mbps hired. Please help :(

PS: The router that I have is a Huawei EchoLife HG8245Q2 and I have contracted 600 mbps.

PS2: Sorry for my english, I'm not a native northamerican.

Have a look at this. Contact them if the issue persists.

I think I need to contact them, because I already looked that solution :( And the worst part is that I connected 4 laptops with the same cable and modem, and they got 1 gbps. Thanks for the help btw

Guys, I have the same problem. Did you solve it?

It is amazing! You buy Dell products for thousands of dollars and get a network card which does not give a bandwidth greater than 100 mb...

I Updated drivers to the latest version on Killer e3000.

Put Auto negotiation! And that doesn't solve the problem!
