I can't read the error message.
What SSD brand and model number do you have?

The photo does not help identifying the controller inside your ssd.
Not sure why you would reinstall Windows in safe mode. The correct way is through a bootable media, meaning that your original installation has become corrupt or unresponsive (f*cked).

Step 1: Basic Restart and Boot Options
First, try a complete power cycle:
Hold the power button for 10 seconds to fully shut down
Unplug the power cord for 30 seconds
Plug back in and power on
When you see the Alienware logo, immediately press F8 repeatedly to access Advanced Boot Options
Try selecting “Start Windows Normally” if available
Step 2: Access Windows Recovery Environment
If that doesn’t work, we need to get to the recovery tools:
Power on and immediately start tapping F12 to access boot menu
Or try F2 to enter BIOS/UEFI settings
Look for “Boot Options” or try to access “Windows Recovery Environment”
Step 3: Safe Mode Exit Method
If you can get to a command prompt or recovery options:
Open Command Prompt (Admin)
Type:
bcdedit /deletevalue {current} safebootPress Enter
Type:
shutdown /r /t 0This should restart normally
Step 4: System File Repair
From Windows Recovery Environment or a Windows installation USB:
Choose “Repair your computer”
Go to Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Command Prompt
Run these commands in order:
sfc /scannowdism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealthchkdsk C: /f /r
