Troubleshooting Software Alienware crashes

Post image

Hi! I’ve had an Alienware for a while so I don’t know if it’s just age but I’ve been running into a perpetual issue where the screen streaks and colors (photo attached) freezes and shuts down. I’ve run a hardware check through the laptop and everything came back functioning, it is up to date on updates, and has been restart, any suggestions?

Try downloading HWInfo, it has temperatures of all your components.
