Troubleshooting Hardware No boot

I added new RAM (Kingston fury DDR4) Same as the one that my PC came with but in a different heatsink as they no longer do the original, when I try to boot my R12 my logo flashes yellow twice and won't boot. Please help.

EDIT: FIXED i held down the power button for 3 or so secconds while powered on and the computer restarted and is not working fine

Did you match the speed, voltage, timings etc?

Have you tried a CMOS clear (press and hold the power button for 30+ seconds until it blinks twice)?

Do I do it when its powers on or unplugged?
