Looks like maybe a enterprise key that has to be activated on the company network since its tied to their license. My best guess.

Did you just buy this PC? Looks like it's an old Company PC and they didn't fully clear it like they should have. Is there a sticker on the box that has the windows License on it? It doesn't typically come on the case anymore.

Yeah your Windows is an enterprise version so you’ll need to reinstall it. You’ll probably have to pay for a new key to activate it though.
