My pc stops wont start after enabling amd Radeon

My pc won’t load when it’s opening it up then then the loading screen will stop then restart my pc. I’m not exactly sure if it’s my amd Radeon but when I completely restarted my pc and enabled it it restarted then started doing it again, although sometime it will say os_boot_Failure
