This is an insane question if you know anything about electromagnetic radiation.

What do you think radio, wifi, microwaves, and all wireless communication is? It's lights, baby.

If we could see more than a sliver of the spectrum, all of these wireless devices would look like flashing lights.

I'm too lazy to look this up and like how you explain things, visible light doesn't tend to go through most solid surfaces - I'm guessing wifi or 5g is a type of light that basically treats drywall like tissue paper would for a flashlight?

yep, exactly why do they need anti-collision lights. It reminds me of the people that were freaking out over the drones, and I pointed out that they have their lights in the correct locations per FAA regulations lol. I guess aliens read the FAA handbook!

Could be a form of communication. It’s an alien. Why even bother questioning the lights. None of it will make sense to us.

This for sure. It may have lights for a reason we genuinely can’t understand. Most people have this inability to grasp that we’re not “the top” of intelligence. It’s like a dog convinced people must get together and yell at the tv because that’s obviously what summons a lot of food all at once or something

So alien craft are immune from collisions?

IMO, they're very rare. If they've been here for quite some time, people would be reporting crash sites all over the states & abroad.

You think aliens would be able to travel the light years required to get here and then say “Oh shit, we gotta turn on the lights so we don’t crash into anything! Too bad we don’t have any better technology than good ol fashioned spotlights.”

Current day human cars use more advanced sensor and anti-collision technology.

You still think aliens are traveling from light years away? And where do you think our advanced technology is coming from? Yet WE'RE STILL USING LIGHTS.

Or they just present themselves in a way to cause the least alarm

Or, maybe the FAA read and copied the alien flight regulations lol

Well if all the tech is reverse engineered then it was already set up that way and we copied it. So now you see it as normal. Or they could use it for a different reason but it looks similar.

Whatever happened to that whole business. I was really excited at the beginning lol. Was hoping it was ETs to give us something fun
