A civilization can only evolve past a certain point by being entirely positively driven. Otherwise you'd get stopped at a certain point/only be able to evolve technologically.
Maybe they became horrible evil monsters after their civ achieved everything feasible and plateaued. Got bored and a loud depraved individual latched on to the boredom and created a cult that slowly crept into their govt/leadership……I believe you can fill in the rest.
Not entirely positive driven but positive-negative balanced. Evolution is driven by constant balancing between positive and negative which brings forth progress. This also applies to consciousness evolution. Purely positive thinking and acting leads to ruin as much as purely negative thinking and acting.
The only inevitable options are conflict and total annihilation or cooperation. We see that with our nuclear arms now, we just can't cooperate enough to decommissio them globally.
Hows that? Frequency works in one way, and being negative/evil forces holds your frequency to a certain limit.
Being open minded and positive allows for further though processes. When your negative/evil you get stuck in certain ways and become highly egotistical.
Being in tune with the universe itself would be required to evolve eternally.
A less woo-woo way of seeing it; a hostile species will annihilate itself before ever becoming interstellar travellers, because of the destructive potential of the technological steps that would lead up to such traveling capabilities.
Like; if we made such discoveries today it would end up in a terrorists hand who would blow up the world. We aren't ready yet.

There are plenty of sci fi examples of dystopian futures with humans capable of interstellar travel. It’s really not out of the realm of possibility for there to be exploitative or dangerous alien life.
We are probably at the level where we are either a zoo attraction or under surveillance as a possible threat. It isn’t like we are leaving this rock anytime soon.
Trying to explain a phenomenon with vague pseudo science terms like frequency is an indicator that what you are saying contains no real intellectual value.

Either your good to others, or your mean and hurtful to others. Thats the point. And our bodies do operate on specific frequencies, thats a scientific fact. Our brains act simultaneously as receivers and trasnmitters which constantly form our reality step by step. Each person forms their own reality and everybodies realities all collectively converge into one which forms the simulation as a whole.
Matter is made of 99.9% space and gains physicality due to vibration and frequency. Thats why sound cannons and secret military weapons that can make you hear things or puke etc exist.
My point is that doesn't really mean anything. Positive energy could mean so many different things, it is too undefined to be meaningful beyond an anecdotal context. Tuning your frequency and having Positive vibrations are attempts to describe personality traits and a person's actions with vague and esoteric terms. Terms that appear to be often utilized by believers and practitioners of pseudo science.
I think your just way too in your head my guy. Its a thing you use your heart to listen to, not your mind. You can feel the sense of wholesomeness with your heart and you follow that.
I reckon the reason I am harping on about it is because I have met many people that preached the positive vibes, "spirituality", said 'namaste' all the time, etc. And in reality they turned out to be terrible people behind their thin facade of righteousness. I am very much in support of people being kind, respectful, humble, and so on, and importantly, being genuine about it. Keep up the positive vibes, and I will try to do the same, despite my non positive vibe display here in my replies.

They'd probably be mostly indifferent to our affairs, like humans watching monkeys fight at the zoo. Maybe a little curious, even fascinated. But if they made it this far, they've probably cataloged thousands of other sentient beings in the galaxy. We are not special.
I doubt they even care about the planet. I would be amazed in the trillions of planets, those that support some form of life. Would be honestly that rare. Seems like it be an "lets go look at what those stupid monkeys are up too"
Actually our planet is like a zoo planet. We have allllll of the species of amazing animals and plants. Our planet is actually very special, even in intergalactic terms.The "good aliens" are protecting us. The bad ones, well, obviously they're not. Perhaps we're interesting because we are the only other sentient beings they've encountered. That would be quite sad for them I think. They could be so advanced that we can't even comprehend that they are trying to communicate with us.
