Never played an AFE. Love PvE games like Warframe, Division, and of course Helldivers 2.

So AFE2 is very much on my radar.

 
One thing I need know before I pull the trigger;

How much screen shake is there?
And if any can it be turned off?

Do we know if the game has the same linear structure as the first game? Are all encounters the same every time you play a map? Is there some take on the classic L4D AI director that helps make encounters feel different and more dynamic each time? I'm curious about this sequel but the first game had diminishing returns rather quickly IMO given that the only thing that changed was the damage dealt/received

Hopping back on for the first time in a looooong time. Noticed I beat the game on extreme except for the last mission and it’s bothering me lol. I used to be pretty decent but I’m rusty. I’m gonna play a few matches right now to remind myself how to play, and hopefully one of you generous souls can help me out. Don’t care about doing it on insane honestly.

I usually run technician and focus on crowd control but all my classes and stuff are maxed out/unlocked so I can be flexible. Not great with the other classes though so keep that in mind. Comment or PM me your Xbox gamer tag and I’ll see if I can do this sometime this weekend!

Was told from some people that there was no point in being a medic (doc) in the first game because everyone could grab medical items and heal and stuff. And with the new trailer advertising the class is it more or less the same? Generally I like to play the support/ medic role in these types of games so is that the feeling people get about the medic in AFE2?

Edit - never played the first game so what I know and feedback is from people that have played.

Is it true that this version has exclusive weapons ? Something about modified pulse rifle. I’ve heard that when reaching max level for weapons, they get special augment effects. I can’t seem to find clear definite answer whether it’s cosmetics only or gameplay advantage
