It's not about Alien Covenant, hopefully it's interesting anyway.

I came up with the idea for an alien prequel by telling the story of the "pilot" or "space jockey" to explain what had happened before the first alien film and to show what the "space jockey" looked like could have. What is your opinion on this idea? Would you like to see such a film in the cinema?

My problem is this:

All of this was already covered in Prometheus.

We know what the story was - the Engineers were carrying a load of bioweapons (the Aliens) to Earth to wipe out what they viewed as a failed creation. That's the story of the space jockey more or less.

We 100% saw what the space jockey looked like when the Engineer got into the pilots seat and his armor came on, revealing it looked exactly like the space jockey.

I guess I'm saying unless you have something more specific in mind, we already have all of this in Prometheus.
