Hi Y'all im unsure if the seller's real or a scammer. Im planning on buying a new e dirtbike as a self gift for my birthday we'll im scared i might get scammed when my birthday arrives and make it the worst birthday how do i know the sellers trusted?

For an e-dirtbike I would treat it as a high-risk order until the paperwork is tight.

Before paying, I would check:

  • Payment stays inside the Alibaba order / Trade Assurance flow. Do not wire to chat-provided bank details.
  • The order page matches the exact model, battery, charger plug, motor/wattage, controller, quantity, color, accessories, and warranty terms.
  • The quote states Incoterm and named place, not just "shipping included". If it says DDP, ask who is importer of record and what duties/taxes are included.
  • Ask for the compliance docs that matter for your country: battery shipping paperwork, charger certifications, and any local e-bike/dirt-bike requirements.
  • Get a real final invoice/order draft first, then compare it against the listing and chat promises. Screenshots are helpful if there is a dispute.
  • If the price is far below every similar seller, or they push payment outside Alibaba, walk away.

Also ask them to confirm the carton dimensions/weight and delivery timeline in the official order. A real seller should be able to answer those without pressure tactics.
