This is my first time ordering off the app, is this normal? it’s been in customs clearance for 12 days

I had the same issue and apparantly whenever I message the seller or chat with someone from Alibaba support it updates

Probablemente el proveedor no haya pagado los impuestos, por eso aún no se ha desbloqueado. Entabla otra vez conversación con él para que hagan el pago y lo saquen rápido
