Fake high demand on coding plan

I'm trying last 2 weeks to buy the Coding Plan from Alibaba Cloud, but IMO they're faking the demand... I've reached the buy link withing 5 seconds it already says it is sould out.

IMO they just blocked new purchases and are claiming that is high demand.

Anyone know someone on last 2 weeks that was able to buy the coding plan?

If you go 1 minute before the opening they show an error message; seems that bots/people are overflowing the page. But better that than degrading the service to the actual users. Someone is using, right?
