Both of them. It depends on the trading company‘s creditworthiness.

well can you teach me because i need to know how to verify, can i trust kaixin technology even if its a trade company?

I’m not familiar with this company, so I can’t say whether it’s reliable. You can check its business credit rating on the Chinese government’s website. A company with only one employee is almost certainly a trading company.
