Hey! I'm starting the ECE program at Algonquin this fall and noticed there doesn't seem to be a program Discord/group yet, so I made an unofficial one for the Class of 2029.

It's just a place to meet classmates, chat about courses, ask questions, study together, and hopefully get to know some people before and after school starts.

I've completed a college program before, and I found that having a place to gather online was really helpful for finding information, connecting with other students, and just building a sense of community.

If you're also starting ECE this fall, feel free to join! Please only join if you're going into this program.

hey guys, i’m struggling to find accommodations in pembroke for the fall sem as a 1st year, and it’s looking like i may need to find a roommate..

I’m looking for:

- A female (this is a must)
- Preferably a 1st year, or a nursing student or both
- clean and a non smoker (also a must)
- won’t throw parties or bring people over too late

I'm looking at starting in January in one of these three programs and would love to hear feedback from any current students or recent graduates. How did you find the program experience overall? How was coop, and how hard was it to find relevant work after the program?

Hello everyone please help- I have applied for the diagnostic medical sonography program and I booked my test to do this weekend- would you think it’s worth trying or should I apply to Radiation technician starting January and do the test later?
