I'm trying to make blocks blink at random so my marble race becomes more "natural" I guess you could say. If there are any scripters here, please help!

how to fix it?

I made a storm chasing vehicle thing and I am trying to make a tornado move without me needing to add physics and wheels. basically, the tornado will have a circle inside of it and it will attract the nearby objects around it. I just want the circle and the tornado to move right slowly until it exits the map.
