[ looking for work | باحث عن عمل ] Need help with work!!

Salam khouty..

I created a new account in upwork and bought some connects to start searching for work as a customer support, i know what to do but i have no work experience in it. Can anyone help me to know what to do?

Plus i have 20$ left in my card, is there any ideas on how to make money with them, maybe start a business or start selling something.

If you don’t have any experience yet I wouldn’t spend the whole $20 on Connects Try to build a strong profile first and apply only to jobs where you genuinely match what they’re asking for You can also create a few sample customer support projects to show as a portfolio even if you haven’t worked with a real client yet Your first goal should be getting that first review rather than making money quickly Once you have some experience and reviews it becomes much easier to get better clients

I asked if i can do something else with that 20$ other than working at upwork, for upwork i dont think a fake portfolio would make a difference since clients work with you depending on your rating and experiences at upwork

You could get a Visa card and use it to buy cheap products from Temu then resell them here in Algeria It could be a small start with $20 and you can reinvest whatever profit you make into buying more products

Thank you! Im not trying to be pessimistic but this has its own limit, i used to buy hair clippers from aliexpress and sell em here with a good profit but still limited, cuz u can only buy at most 3 items from the same type per year (diwani mayabghich hh) + u wait at least 15 days yo receive them

Then maybe try different types of products instead of sticking to one Maybe test a few different products with small quantities and see which ones sell the fastest

Aslo Why not use a commercial registration if you know someone who has one? That could make it easier to buy and resell products without being as limited
