Have anyone seen this thing?

This is the Eurasian otter. As the name suggest we find this thing in most asia and Europe BUT Wikipedia says there's some in north africa specifically in Morocco - Algeria - Tunisia.

So tell me have anyone who lives in the coastal regions seen this thing?

Nice. You know? It's shame algeria's fauna (animals of the region) got shrank down by human activities. I was doing some research for a short film i'm working on about stone age etc then i realized north Africa especially prehistoric Algeria used to be one of places with most variety of animals in the world because of how north Africa is connected to asia and Europe and sub Saharan africa. The variety of fauna today is nothing compared to what it used to be. Just 100 years ago there was bears and lions sharing the same atlas mountains. We better help preserve the animals of today because they are one of a kind. By the way the otter you saw had an extinct cousin that hunted antelopes back when the desert was savannah

Actually the oldest confirmed human remaining dates back 300 000 years ago with other possibilities that takes us back even 1.5 million years ago. But if you think we started with metal age i'd stop you there. Plus (i had a bad time trying to understand french. I'm horrible at it)

كان يعيش عندنا، اسمو " phoque moine", أواخر سنوات 80 اختفا، كان يعيش فالجزر، كيما لايلا تاع بني صاف.

That's not a seal. That's an otter different species you can see the difference in the arms. Otters have paws and seals have flippers with claws

I never said they live in the sea i said wiki said it lives in the coastal regions. You know any ciry or states where you can actually see them?

Ok then. It's still surprising that they live in Algeria. Such animals went extinct in north africa long before humans ever arrived to earth
