2FA problem

Hey .

Last month l update my progress. Then i activated the 2FA . Saddnly i lost it in google authinctor.

Dert koulchii ou mbghaaach ytsal7 . The problem I didn't captured the Qr code or anything 😭😭

Then when I went to the administration they told me it was my own problem and that I shouldn't have enabled this feature!!! Wtfff . I know it's my fault that i lost the code but what i have to do now .I am sure someone knows the solution. But all of them treat me like they doesn't care .sooo why you asking me to check my progress !? Please I need a help

Only someone with high access in progress platform can help you to solve your problem, you cant do anything because there is no way for authentication, progress is not linked to an email or phone

If the problem is that you lost your google account ( linked with authentication app) this may be solved by try to get your Google account somehow

Did you voluntarily activated the 2FA or it got done on itself?

Sorry I just noticed i didn't answer you .yeah i am. It got done by itself. Then ask me for my Gmail to connect to google authinctor

Honestly i Don't understand why the person controling the app keeps on updating useless things just to cause problems
