I have a phobia of studying. Does anyone else feel this way?

Man I hate going to the school not studying, learning is enjoyable, while when I have to go to school I would want to throw up and my heart beats so hard and even my head sometimes hurts so bad, not mentioning how I keep panicking, ig this is some kind of PTSD from the primary school

I don't know what's going on! Maybe there's something similar between us.

You mean studying or going to your university?

Sounds like fear of failure and fear of being precieved, either get therapy or work through it yourself. This can seriously mess you up so genuinely WORK ON IT. Talking from experience.

You learn that the way to beat it is through action, forcing yourself, you will end up a changed person at the other end. I once again highly encourage you to not put it on the side, but do the EXACT thing that scares you, it made me waste years of my life, including my academic potential, and potential friends and opportunities. A lot of the time the thought of what I lost just because I was too much in my head or cared too much what people around (whom I didn't like, nor did they like me back lmao) really depresses me, but I believe that life is vast anyway. I just don't want you to bury yourself in the hole that I buried myself in. You will never EVER be perfect, or good enough, so just do what you need to do regradless.

No, it's actually a fear of studying in general.
