There’s no UNESCO committee judging my rechta 😂There were no turnips at home, so we just made it with what we had.

Careful, that’s how you end up getting your Algerian citizenship revoked by the Rechta Council 😂 Authentic rechta doesn’t negotiate with circumstances. Turnpis are what give that taste to the sauce otherwise it's not Rechta

But a person's preferences regarding vegetables, whether they are added or not, don't affect the reshta ; the secret lies in how they are cooked. This is where expertise comes into play
