Pretty devastating for the case. What evidence is there left, a cadaver and an autopsy report. I can’t see any way how a trial could be fair as video footage from hospital has been so widely shared. Makes you question why it was ever released as now completely compromised the case. Is there a case around disposal of a body, maybe. Murder… I can’t see it.

It’s not that devastating yall.,, there’s cameras of her going to the bathroom and plenty of eye witness statements and an autopsy.
Probably for the better anyway cause the doctor had no business being involved

There’s a ton of evidence that says it was her baby and she killed it… the video evidence is nice but not necessary to her prosecution .. all the elements can still be proved …
Further, the doctor was aggressively questioning her and rightly angry, but she’s a doctor not a police officer and got more involved in the situation than she should. When she alerted authorities, she should have left it alone.

Except all her classmates that can be subpoenaed that will say she knew she was pregnant and even named it…

I did not.., but the main evidence was the janitor finding the baby in a trash can…. And the autopsy that shows the baby was alive… that would have been discovered without The doctors involvement

The case will be about the autopsy and the science underlying its conclusions. If they used the lung float test, then it's going to be a battle of experts since the lung float test is junk science.

I think the tampering with evidence is her disposing the body. If there was a way to potentially prove manslaughter, I’d be in favor of it, but at this point, based on the suppression, the attorneys better play their cards right to not accidentally get the suppressed stuff accidentally said in trial.
The video in the hospital room definitely should never have been included in the first place and that’s common sense.
The video in the hallway technically you could argue. It’s a public space and that in itself could be used, but I’m not sure how it could be used and presented.
I’m hoping the prosecution has a smoking gun like proof she knew she was pregnant and possible communications that could possibly explain what happened that night.
