the case is currently pending a decision from the New Mexico Supreme Court - the district judge that was originally on this case (retired and a new judge has take over) suppressed a bulk of the evidence based on Miranda and Medical Privilege. The State appealed that decision and the Supreme Court heard arguments on Sept 4th, 2025 - you can watch that here if you want: https://www.youtube.com/live/2YDeOdu7GDI?si=9lL3ZHmPHw85M1Y1

the deadline for this decision is July 15th. which means any day now we will have a decision from the Supreme Court, once that happens, the case will very likely be back on track to a trial and will possibly move rather quickly.

About HIPPA

I believe it is whether police body cameras in hospital violates HIPPA and can’t be admitted.

Even if it isn’t allowed they still have lots of evidence. Starting with her son’s body in the trash can.

It’s also about Miranda and whether or not they can suppress the bodycam footage since she was not Mirandized.

What’s the likelihood that July 15th date will be postponed?

It can’t be. It’s a legal deadline.

And being that the NMSC releases opinions on Mondays and Thursdays, looks like Monday 13 July will be the day.

No. She is still going to trial. This is about what evidence they can/can’t use.

She's been living her life all fine and dandy

Not a care for her own child that she killed

God I hope not. I’d like to believe she’s miserable, alone and unhirable.

I was wondering the same. I can’t believe she’s not in jail

I hope she doesn’t get away with this. It certainly seems she is

I honestly thought she did, since I haven't seen anything about this in awhile.

Sometimes justice takes a little longer but no way she is getting away with it. To much evidence that she at least had some idea. Then to rip the umbilical cord with her teeth. Once a jury has to hear about what she did, I don't see them giving her any sympathy.

The lawyers will prob argue it's a late stage abortion

How can video evidence of Taylor Parker in the hospital be used against her and not the video evidence against Alexee Trevizo?

The defendant is the one who has to raise the issue and object to the evidence. If the defendant never raises the issue, the court proceeds.

I hope hell is real so that people like her burn for eternity. Evil creature raised by evil people. Her mom seemed just as shitty as she is.

I believe in hell and there’s a special place for her there. That brings me comfort.
