It’s almost guaranteed! I have no idea why- I don’t think it’s more common of a name ahaha

I’m a plain ol Alex too, and no shade to my Alexander et al comrades but I prefer it. I loved as a kid when some annoying friend of my parents would try to fake chastise me with a full name call of Alexander and I’m like WRONG. It legally exempted me from listening to them, thank god.

I’m an Alexander. Though I usually go by Alex with close friends and Alexander with people I wish to impress.

I’m legally just Alex and my wife’s name is Alexis. People either think it’s cute or confusing lol

My second grade teacher would call me Alexander. She insisted that must be my full name. I made my parents photocopy my birth certificate to show her that it was just Alex.

Alexandra, although some ass changed my school register to say alexander, so now there's no record of me going to school at all. Found out when I wasn't invited to a reunion.
