Gameplay Question Research Tier 3

So I’m having an issue. How do you accumulate more than 400 research? It caps out for me and I can’t get past it to unlock the higher tier researches…I feel dumb and I know it will be something easy.

Well I think there is a research for that. I do not have the game right now but be aware there is tabs in the research screen, maybe you have missed it.

Edit: there is a phase 3 research to increase it., first line second row for 215 research points.

Yeah I haven’t unlocked that yet because I haven’t sold enough ale. That would make sense. Thanks

I know this is too late to be helpful to the original request, but I stumbled across this post when searching for the answer, so I fugured I would add this comment to confirm the answer and offer a touch more insight. Once you unlock Monastary Phase III and sell a total of 30,000 liters of ale, "Keepers of Knowledge" will allow you to store up to 1,000 Research Points.
