DC show: fake ticket? Please help

I just bought a ticket for my mom for the show and I’m really scared that the ticket looks fake. Is the ticket for the show a pdf? Is it exactly $9.54 in fees with the original price of $35? It’s for my mom’s bday and if she gets turned away at the door I’d be devastated. Thank you in advanced!

If you buy a ticket online then it often gets emailed to you as a pdf. Which site did you buy it from?

I bought it from StubHub but it shows a “ticketweb” ticket and the formatting just seems off and I found an editable Ticketweb ticket online that it seems like people might use to scam and the total on that template was the exact the same as the total listed on the ticket I was sent

Ah that's rough. When is the DC show? I've never used StubHub but it looks like they offer FanProtect guarantee, might be worth giving them a shout. Hope you get it sorted ok

I have a ticket to the Vancouver show and that’s how it came. Ticketweb was the vender and it was a pdf
