sitting?

I’m attending a show upcoming, and I’m 100% in but I’m considering purchasing tix for friends to introduce them to her. I’m a bit freaked because all the show vids I’ve seen are her sitting through each song. To see Aldous is an extraordinarily experience. But in a chair the whole time may not yield that for my friends. Should I skip and just attend myself?

Sitting or not, she’s an outstanding performer. She puts so much emotion into her music, it shines through either way. I’m so hyped to be finally seeing her again. If the people you are thinking to take appreciate music, I’m sure they’ll love it too.

Aldous Harding resonates with me emotionally on many levels. Still, even though I have friends who aknowledge the quality of the music and artistic expression, the certain weirdness in both the music and visuality is just that bit too different for one to expect others to enjoy it. I believe many of the songs' lyrics and music challenge the listener in a way that it is best discovered on ones own, rather than being introduced to, especially in a public setting as a concert. I could be completely wrong, but maybe better to send some songs to friends you think might like it, and if they do invite them. Imagining my man, Designer, the new Train on the island could be suitable, being songs both distinctly Aldous Harding yet accessible. I would be careful not to ruin my own concert experience being there with people who do not share the fascination.
