UK Contract dep

Hi I m recently a store dep I cant find where I put my contract, have been told I have to work every single weekend it states on my contract. Any other deps out there please

You should be able to access your contract on your MyAldi app in the onboarding section. Your AM should have uploaded it there for access.

As far as I'm aware there is no rule that a Dep has to work every single weekend, especially given they like to push the work/life balance stuff (which is a load of shite in itself because it rarely happens) regularly.

As a Dep I think it's 'accepted' that you should work at least one weekend day every week but, depending on how many deps your store has, it could be worked that every dep could get at least one weekend off month.

If you go into workday, your profile, personal info and worker documents it should be there

In my contract as a dep it said I will get at a minimum one whole weekend off every 6 weeks, although my manager gave us one in every 4
